Philip Ryan
Chairman & Managing Director
Philip is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.
He started his career with George Wimpey and in the mid eighties went to work for John Mowlem Construction initially as Regional Manager and ultimately divisional director. Philip moved to Finnegan in 1995 and was appointed managing director in 1999 and is now also a director of the parent company Headcrown Plc.
His focus on the essentials of construction and long term vision has proved itself through the company's trading results and forward order book.

Philip Hollister
Commercial Director
Philip is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has worked for Finnegan for over 45 years, progressing through the Surveying and Design and Build departments up to Commercial Director in 2001.
His strong team ethos and expertise in the Design and Build process have been key to Finnegan success for a long time.
Philip has an in-depth understanding of all things Finnegan and remains very much hands-on with day to day operations for construction and development projects.
Ted Gettings
Financial Director
As the company Accountant, Secretary, Human Resources and Office Manager, Ted has been fundamental to the company's inner workings for the past forty years.
His work ethic and emphasis on prudence and stability has enabled Finnegan to secure significant development finance while maintaining an extremely healthy financial position for over four decades.
