Philip Ryan
Chairman & Managing Director
Philip is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.
He started his career with George Wimpey and in the mid eighties, went to work for John Mowlem Construction initially as Regional Manager and ultimately Divisional Director. Philip moved to Finnegan in 1995 and was appointed Managing Director in 1999 and is now also a Director of the parent company Headcrown Plc.
His focus on the essentials of construction and long term vision has proved itself through the company's trading results and forward order book.

Philip Hollister
Commercial Director
Philip is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has worked for us for over 45 years, progressing through the Surveying and Design & Build departments up to Commercial Director in 2001.
His strong team ethos and expertise in the Design & Build process have been key to Finnegan's success for a long time.
Philip has an in-depth understanding of all things Finnegan and remains very much hands-on with day to day operations for construction and development projects.
John Diggins
Finance Director
After leaving practice, he spent two years with McCarthy & Stone before joining Berkeley Homes where he remained for several years before he and his family relocated from Surrey to Sheffield in 2005.
John then joined one of the regional operations of the Ringway Group before moving to Finnegan's in October 2008.

Gary Smith
Director
Gary started his career at Henry Boot Construction and joined us in 1989. His proactive and non-confrontational approach to bid management and negotiations has ensured a measurable contribution to our success for over 20 years.

Nick Gillott
Director
Nick has a Quantity Surveying background with 18 years experience in the construction industry, the last 10 years has been spent working on Design & Build and Property Development opportunities.
With an open and frank management style he has a comprehensive knowledge of Construction and Property.
