The scheme includes the re-development of the existing Ward's Brewery into an exclusive City Living Development of luxury apartments, office, leisure and retail units. The design has taken into consideration the sensitive conversion of the historical buildings and will retain the character of the present site.

The two phases of residential development, comprises 271 luxury apartments, one or two bed, duplex and luxury penthouses with some car parking, café bars and retail on the ground floor fronting Ecclesall Road.

The design will give a mix of 3 large floor plates (up to 24,000 sq ft) and 4 additional floors (4,000 sq ft) air-conditioning, 3 x 10 person passenger lifts, suspended ceilings, raised access floors and parking for 300 cars.
