The scheme includes the re-development of the existing Ward's Brewery into an exclusive City Living Development of luxury apartments, office, leisure and retail units. The design has taken into consideration the sensitive conversion of the historical buildings and will retain the character of the present site.

The design will give a mix of 3 large floor plates (up to 24,000-sq. ft.) and 4 additional floors (4,000 sq. ft.) Air-conditioning, 3 x 10 person passenger lifts, suspended ceilings, raised access floors and parking for 300 cars.
