Description:
The Butchers Works site on Arundel Street Sheffield is a key building in the Cultural Industries Quarter of Sheffield. The grade II* building complex is one of the few surviving intact examples of a 19th century Cutlery Works.  Fifty one apartments are to be sensitively introduced into the building on the upper floors. At ground level, ranged around the courtyard and chimney will be series of workshops and possibly a café.

Description:
The scheme includes the re-development of the existing Ward's Brewery into an exclusive City Living Development of luxury apartments, office, leisure and retail units. The design has taken into consideration the sensitive conversion of the historical buildings and will retain the character of the present site.

The two phases of residential development, comprises 271 luxury apartments, one or two bed, duplex and luxury penthouses with some car parking, café bars and retail on the ground floor fronting Ecclesall Road.

Phase 2 of the scheme also includes an eight storey office block (approx 43,500 sq ft) with basement car parking.
